This past week, Heritage Consulting hosted Road Scholar Educational Travel and Learning Adventures. They came from all over the country to visit the Family History Library for a week-long immersion in sharpening their genealogical research skills. Each participant found new information, some of it startling! We enjoyed being their resident research experts. We taught morning and evening classes, worked with them one-on-one in the library, as well as ate lunch and dinner with them everyday. By the end of the week, we are sad to say ‘good-bye’ to our new friends. But Sunday evening, we greet a new, even larger group, and kick off another week of learning and fun!
